"Dining Through the Decades" dinner series promises an unforgettable experience, where each evening will transport you to a different era of culinary excellence and cultural nostalgia.


Experience the culinary journey of the 1980s come to life at our “Dining Through The Decades” dinner series! Indulge in the influence of French nouvelle cuisine, where delicate dishes meet precise presentation and high-quality ingredients. Be captivated by the fusion of culinary traditions, with innovative Asian-inspired combinations that tantalize your taste buds. Stoller Family Estate Winery will be joining the celebration with perfectly paired pour to complement your meal and information about their wines.


We are proud to partner with KIDS Center of Bend to support their mission of improving services and outcomes for children and families impacted by abuse. KIDS Center is a nationally accredited Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) and the only CAC operating in Central Oregon. 10% of each ticket sale will be contributed to KIDS Center.

1st course

Baked Willamette Valley brie, Village Baker striata bread, boysenberry compote, toasted hazelnuts.


2nd course

Spinning salad with tender Rainshadow Organics greens, heirloom cherry tomatoes, blackberries, pickled kohlrabi and radish drizzled with apple champagne vinaigrette (prepared table side)


3rd course

Oregon Coast Albacore Tuna Sashimi, basil shoyu, apple, daikon, snow pea


4th course

Smoked Cornish Game Hen with green peppercorn brandy volute, pommes Dutchess and succotash of spring peas


5th course

Baked Alaska with short cake and strawberries (set ablaze table side)
