Steampunk Music Festival is a 3-day gathering of friends and family, music lovers, dancers, and artists of all ages. Hosted on the beautiful Rosland Campground, our family-friendly music festival is geared up to deliver a fun and magical experience for all those who attend. A main component of our gathering is to raise money for local non-profit organizations and to show our gratitude for their hard work and contributions to our local community. This year we have named The Environmental Center as our non-profit beneficiary.

With a heavy emphasis on the Steampunk theme, we encourage all attendees to dress up and bring out their fanciest steampunk garb. We set the tone by creating an environment full of steampunk décor to enjoy as you dance and walk around the venue. We love all types of music though, not just steampunk, so we offer a variety of music genres with a mix of National Touring acts and local Bend Oregon acts. Our lineup has high-energy live bands and incredible DJs to mix it up and keep the dance party going late into the night.

The 2023 Steampunk Festival will be implementing measures to reduce waste. All attendees are asked to bring their own reusable plate, bowl, flatware, and cup for food and drinks.

It's about more than just the music, it's about the connections and creating memories for you to take back home with you. That's why we offer a kids zone for parents, workshops for kids and adults, educational speakers, art installations, live painters, and a variety of non-musical performers and entertainers. We want your experience to be one you remember for years to come.

How did it all start............???

It all started 9 years ago as a small house gathering to celebrate a friend's birthday. The band 'The Cutmen' delivered such an amazing performance they were asked back to play again and again. Each year the event grew a little bigger, adding bands and eventually growing into what we know today as the Steampunk Music Festival. We are excited about the endless possibilities of growth and connection as we build this event and we look forward to dancing with you on the dance floor.

The Rosland Campground has access to the Little Deschutes River on the property. A 20-minute float is possible with put-in and take-out on the campground property. If desired, you are responsible for bringing and maintaining any water items such as innertubes or other flotation devices.

As a pass holder or festival attendee, you and all members of your group are to exercise caution and common sense at the event. If young children are part of your group, they must be supervised at all times. By checking in for the festival, all attendees are agreeing to assume all risks and waive Mobile Dance Party, Rosland Campground, Buddy Thomas, and Chip Fieberg of all liability. We are strongly encouraging everyone to carpool!

We want to make sure we have enough room for All You beautiful people. Car campers will be asked to essentially camp right next to their car. We are going to be pretty tight on space so we'll be unable to accommodate any kind of large canopy village-style camping. With a lounge tent near the venue, you still will have a comfortable space to share with your friends.

The Rosland campground has ample space to accommodate most camping options including cars, vans, and smaller RVs.

We are not able to accommodate trailers.

We ask that groups of friends that wish to camp together make arrangements to arrive together. Please plan to keep your camp tight together so we can have enough room for everyone.

With everyone's help, we will all have plenty of space and have a great weekend together!

See you on the dance floor!
